Experience: – Total experience should be 5-8 years, GCC experience must be 3 years.

Installing, maintaining, and running Building Management Systems (BMS) or Building Automation Systems (BAS). They are experts in electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Their responsibilities include:

• Installing, programming, testing, calibrating, operating, and repairing control systems.
• Programming BMS controls and sequences of operations.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and refining the BMS to meet equipment specifications.
• Installing and configuring application-specific controllers.
• Inspecting, analysing, and troubleshooting client systems and equipment.
• Running tests and interpreting the results to make effective recommendations to fix faulty or broken equipment.
• Sourcing replacement parts and negotiating costs with suppliers and clients.
