Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Resolving complex technical problems as they arise on critical/Marque accounts.
- Providing supervision and guidance to transition/build teams.
- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Providing updates to stakeholders on solution design processes, costs, and budgets.
- Fixes technical issues as they arise.
- Supervises and guides build/transition teams.
- Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture.

- Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions
- Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions

- Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions
- Reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members
Business Skills Required
- Broad technical knowledge on Compute and Storage solutions.
- Working knowledge of Infra Data Centres (power and cooling schemes, etc), enterprise technologies, High Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud Computing
- Knowledge of remote deployment programs and monitoring processes and concepts.
- Operating Systems and their integration with Fiber channel HBA
- Server Clustering in SAN and switched SCSI environments.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate business judgment, decision making skills, negotiating skills, time-resource management, complex problem solving, in-depth product knowledge, creativity, teamwork, knowledge of quality processes, political astuteness and sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures and ability to learn quickly.

Customer Handling Skills
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture
- Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases
- Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers
- Broad technical knowledge on core infrastructure vendor partners
- VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN), MS Windows Server / Hyper-V, Linux – RHEL, SLES, CentOS
- Experience in attached and networked storage hardware and concepts
- Experience in Converged Infrastructure, Network infrastructure, Backup Software, Veeam Backup & Recovery, Commvault
- Demonstrate an in depth understanding of several products in more than one functional area involving usage, configuration, and interaction with other products.

Five Years of experience in Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) technical/techno-functional role for development and/or business requirements analysis majorly in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules coupled with extensive exposure in personalization, extension and customization of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages, other technical tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, forms, XML publisher reports, Oracle workflow. Must have capability to troubleshoot EAM related issues and familiarization with EAM API’s and base tables.
ERP (Functional) Role
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree either in Computer Science or Engineering. Five Years of experience in Oracle EBS (eBusiness Suite) technical/techno-functional role for development and/or business requirements analysis across Oracle modules coupled with extensive exposure in personalization, extension and customization of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages, other technical tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, forms, XML publisher reports, Oracle workflow. AOS (Airport Operations Systems) Role
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree either in Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum 5 years of strong development & support background in Java or .Net and familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL and integration technologies. Experience in working with operating systems such as windows & Linux and basic server troubleshooting skills. Appreciate having knowledge of the leading ESB solutions, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), SOA technologies and standards: XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP and REST based web services, SOAP/JMS. Experience in supporting critical Airport Operations Systems such as AODB, RMS, FIDS, BHS and BRS integrated to other subsystems through ESB/IB will be an added advantage. Knowledge in SDLC and project management basics is preferable. Must have an attention to detail, good time management skills and strong detail orientation with high degree of accuracy and ability to communicate effectively with business.
