Business Skills Required

• Broad technical knowledge on Compute and Storage solutions.
• Working knowledge of Infra Data Centres (power and cooling schemes, etc), enterprise technologies, High Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud Computing
• Knowledge of remote deployment programs and monitoring processes and concepts.
• Operating Systems and their integration with Fiber channel HBA
• Server Clustering in SAN and switched SCSI environments.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Customer Handling Skills

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture
• Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases
• Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers
• Broad technical knowledge on core infrastructure vendor partners
• VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN), MS Windows Server / Hyper-V, Linux – RHEL, SLES, CentOS
• Experience in attached and networked storage hardware and concepts
• Experience in Converged Infrastructure, Network infrastructure, Backup Software, Veeam Backup & Recovery, Commvault

• Must Have a Functional & Technical Understanding of Zoho One.

• Understanding of business requirements and use cases.

• Applying best practices on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Creator and other relevant Zoho Applications to derive the best outcomes.

• API Integration with other Zoho Applications as well as 3rd Party Applications.

• Deluge Scripting / Custom functions for complex implementation projects

• Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, etc.

• Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including ZohoAnalytics.

• ERP functional knowledge and Analytics with Data access, integration, and cloud data pipeline.

Educational Qualification:

• BS/BA in computer science or MCA

Certifications:

• Zoho certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in building or implementing requirements on any ZOHO application
• Excellent understanding of backend application architecture including data flow concepts, HTTP, REST, SOAP, encryption, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently yet working with a global team within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in building or implementing requirements on ZOHO CRM plus products, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Work-drive, Zoho one
• Experience in writing Zoho custom functions, with a deep understanding of Deluge, preferred
• Experience and knowledge of relational databases including work with mongoDB, or other common RDBMS
