Responsible for managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from clients. You will use your negotiation skills to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively recovering overdue payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections or a related field.

Responsibilities

Contact clients to discuss overdue payments
Negotiate repayment plans
Maintain detailed records of collection activities
Follow up on payment commitments
Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management
Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Education: SSLC / Plus II

Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience

Relationship Manager (Male)

FOR A REPUTED AUTOMOBILE DEALER IN THRISSUR, PALAKKAD & ERNAKULAM DISTRICTS.

Works with department managers to develop and administer a customer relations program designed to build and retain a loyal customer base. Acts as the dealership’s goodwill ambassador.

Responsibilities:

Assists in resolving customer complaints, and coordinates factory assistance when all dealership resources have been exhausted.
Ensures that new vehicles are properly prepped for delivery.
Assists in the delivery of new and used vehicles, ensuring that each customer is informed of his/her warranty details, maintenance schedule and proper use of the vehicle’s features, particularly those related to safety. Explains the hours of operation and location of the service and parts departments.
Coordinates customer follow-up programs.

Education: Diploma / Any Degree

Experience:

For NEXA Dealership. (Premium car showroom)

2 – 4 years’ with Automobile or any field sales experience.

Valid Driving Licence is Must.

Qualification:

Plus II / Any Degree. 2-3 years’ experience as Team Leader in a reputed Automobile Dealerships

Responsibilities:

Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of sales team.
Directs and schedules the activities of team employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible.
Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system.
Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager.
Forecasts aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for individual team members and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Assists in development of improvement programs for team members who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
Ensures team members maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
Recommends for dismissal any salesperson failing to meet dealership standards.
Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately.
Maintains professional appearance.
Attends sales meetings.

Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Salary: 22K to 30K
