- Verify preparation of surfaces before painting, including sandblasting, cleaning, and masking
- Measure and verify the thickness of paint coatings using specific instruments
- Test paint and coating materials for adherence to set quality standards
- Use various tools and equipment to apply paint or coating in a test environment
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports
- Identify and report defects, damages, and inconsistencies in paint jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with painting crews to resolve any issues encountered during the painting process

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Painting.
NACE Level II coating inspector or TWI/BGAS grade 2 Painting Inspector.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects including labor, materials, and overheads. Monitor and control project costs by tracking expenditures and analyzing financial reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions to project managers.
Qualification: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Diploma of Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 13 – 15 years in Oil & Gas projects. GCC experience preferred.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR – OIL & GAS EPC PROJECTS
Upstream and Downstream. Flow line, pipeline , well pads, Refineries.
Responsibilities:
- Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the appropriate management or personnel
- Providing advice, recommendations, and suggestions to managers and clients on innovative improvements and new strategies
- Documenting relevant changes in design and updating budgets when required
- Building and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Traveling from the office to various sites when required
- Handling the payment of workers, vendors, and subcontractors.

A Senior Planning Engineer is a critical role that involves the development and implementation of project planning section procedures and guidelines for the generation of plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This position plays a vital role in the Project Controls team.
