Summary: Executive-CRM Developer shall be responsible for designing and implementing critical business solutions, mainly on Zoho platform. The job requires a self-motivated, driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The developer must be able to develop software solutions on Zoho Suite.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must Have a Functional & Technical Understanding of Zoho One.

• Understanding of business requirements and use cases.

• Applying best practices on Zoho CRM, Desk, Project, Creator and other relevant Zoho Applications to derive the best outcomes.

• API Integration with other Zoho Applications as well as 3rd Party Applications.

• Deluge Scripting / Custom functions for complex implementation projects

• Configuration of core Zoho Applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Campaign, etc.

• Creation of reports and dashboards on all Zoho Apps, including ZohoAnalytics.

• ERP functional knowledge and Analytics with Data access, integration, and cloud data pipeline.

Educational Qualification:

• BS/BA in computer science or MCA

Certifications:

• Zoho certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in building or implementing requirements on any ZOHO application
• Excellent understanding of backend application architecture including data flow concepts, HTTP, REST, SOAP, encryption, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently yet working with a global team within a dynamic environment.
• Experience in building or implementing requirements on ZOHO CRM plus products, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Work-drive, Zoho one
• Experience in writing Zoho custom functions, with a deep understanding of Deluge, preferred
• Experience and knowledge of relational databases including work with mongoDB, or other common RDBMS
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at crafting and delivering compelling messaging and value propositions
