Responsibilities:

• Developing and reviewing contract bids for projects based on client needs.
• Gathering supporting documentation to make the proposal more competitive.
• Determining costs and timelines.
• Outlining factors that may increase or decrease costs.
• Creating and developing proposals for products or services.

Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 15 – 25 years in Oil & Gas / Refinery Projects.

Excellent communication and computer skills.
